Payments

Credit card payments are processed by Trekksoft AG, acting as an authorized agent for Trips Panama by Ideal Paradise Corporation.

On your bank statement, the charge will appear as TREKKSOFT A TRIPS PANAMA.

The web domain on which the transaction is conducted is owned and operated by Trekksoft AG.

Disclaimer for Recreational Activities, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement

Conscious acceptance of risk associated with recreational activities

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have received complete information regarding the risks related to participation in outdoor adventure tours, including equipment rental, transportation, and any other services provided by Trips Panama by Ideal Paradise Corporation, based in Avenida 5a B Sur, Casa 2, Marbella, Panama.

I acknowledge that such risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Serious injury, permanent disability, or death resulting from the activity or use of equipment.
  • Equipment failure, whether own or others.
  • Environmental risks: extreme heat, hypothermia, water impact, contact with animals, natural or artificial obstacles.
  • Errors in judgment by the participant, guides, or operators regarding weather, terrain, or environment.
  • Encounters or attacks by animals, insects, or reptiles.
  • Emergencies in remote locations without immediate access to medical assistance.
  • Fatigue, discomfort, or dizziness that may compromise reflexes and increase the likelihood of accidents.

I am aware that the risks described are not exhaustive and that unforeseen events may occur resulting in potential injury, illness, or death.

Waiver of Liability and Release

I hereby release Trips Panama and all related persons or entities (staff, representatives, volunteers, means of transport) from all civil or criminal liability for damages, injuries, disability, death, or material losses that may occur during my participation in the activities.

Furthermore, I agree to indemnify the company against any claim or legal action arising from my participation.

I declare that I have not relied on oral or written statements outside of what is expressly set forth in this contract.

This agreement has legal validity and shall be binding to the extent permitted by law.

I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED

This liability and assumption of risk agreement in its entirety. I acknowledge that by purchasing a tour with Trips Panama by Ideal Paradise Corporation, I have read, understood, and accepted all terms set forth herein.
