Cancellation and Refund Policy
To ensure optimal logistics, refunds do not apply in the following situations:
- When tourists decide to leave the tour before the scheduled date. We can try to arrange for the tourists to leave before the agreed day and time, but the payment will not be refunded.
- When tourists decide not to go on the daily tour that has been previously paid and scheduled.
- When weather conditions are not to the tourist's liking.
- When tourists are not on time at the agreed location and miss the departure. In this case, we only retain the deposit amount (which is paid to the driver) and will help you reschedule another departure (re-depositing will be required).
- Reservations with an incorrect date entered by the customer resulting in a no-show will not be refunded or rescheduled; a new reservation will be required.
- If the reservation is made within 72 hours before the tour and the guest wishes to cancel, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
Other Refund / Cancellation Policies:
- Refunds of deposits will be made when a guest cancels their reservation more than 72 hours before departure (If cancellation is made within 72 hours, no refund will be made).
- If "Trips Panama" cancels the tourists' visit when it is unsafe to perform the tour, a full refund will be issued.
